Chef Raoul Reperi

The chef has 37 years Raoul Reperi and much to tell. Behind him a path over the top: after a year of college, plant the Faculty of Psychology and Italy to England.

The fate and his skills make that Raoul become assistant chef at one of the most famous pubs in London. After London, and works in Australia, before returning to Italy, stopping in a country that greatly influence its cuisine: Thailand.

Followed by Tuscany, Arezzo, Naples, Pavia and finally again abroad, Alsace, where he worked with famous names of international restaurants. The return coincides with the Tivoli in its decision to open "La Ronda", where Raoul is noted by critics and audiences.

Today's new challenge: location changed for practical reasons and bureaucratic, landmarks decide to change deep in its supply of food.
